Guestric provides AI-powered automation tools for real estate and hospitality businesses. We may update or modify the service from time to time.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use of the service.
- No reverse engineering or unauthorized access to non-public components.
- No use of the service to send spam or violate third-party rights.
4. Fees
Fees are set out in your order form or on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable once work has begun.
5. Customer data
You retain ownership of your data. We process it only to provide the service and per any data-processing agreement signed between us.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same degree of care it uses for its own.
7. Warranties & disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated in a written agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach if uncured after 30 days' notice. You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time with effect from the next billing cycle.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
